This Weekend at the Corral: Jerk Station’s Caribbean Food Debuts with Sunshine

This weekend, the Mobile Food Rodeo’s weekly corral rounds-up four of Seattle’s top food wagon at the west end of the  Fremont Sunday Market for your enjoyment! The weather is supposed to be perfect for some snackin’ in the sun and shopping at Seattle’s favorite treasure hunt.

We welcome back the Maximus/ Minimus serving your favorite pulled pork sandwiches and slaw along with Crisp Creperie serving up some of Seattle’s favorite sweet and savory “on-the-go” snacks.

This week, give your taste buds a kick with authentic Caribbean taste from Seattle’s own food truck, the Jerk Station by Chef Michael Cunningham of Caribreoso. This local food truck’s food offers a unique blend of Caribbean, Creole, and Southern Cuisine to provides quality, affordable food influenced by Africa, Europe and Asia flavors.

Or mix it up with a seaweed sprinkled Japanese-style hotdog from Tokyo Dog with a gourmet bun, add some seaweed fries with wasabi mayo for the ultimate experience! There is something for everyone at the Market so mark you calendar for Sunday and enjoy a day in the sun.

The Fremont Sunday Market is located at 3401 Evanston Ave North Seattle WA 98103 and open from 10-5pm year round.
